BRING BACK GMRC. Cong. Salvador B. Belaro Jr. is the author of House Bill No. 6785 which seeks to bring back to the basic education curriculum the teaching of Good Manners and Right Conduct as a separate subject but this time it should be updated to suit the millenial generation.
